Cave Wyrm

Lurking in the dark deep and vast caverns in mountains and gorges, this is the home of the Cave Wyrm! This creature has lived in the dark for so long that it can no longer tolerate the sight of daylight and if exposed it becomes very weak, forcing it to burrow deep underground. However, if encountered in the dark tunnels in which it hides, it becomes a deadly foe. The Cave Wyrm uses its long constricting tail to crush its enemies and can see much farther than normal blindsight with its Sonic Screech. Legends say that tremors felt by those above ground might be a hungry Cave Wyrm searching for its next meal.
